Bookmark (Reading Club)

Bookmark is the book club of the Department of English and Cultural Studies, Delhi NCR. A haven for avid readers, the club is not just about reading- it’s about fostering a better understanding of the world around us, through the pages of our favorite books. “Bookmark” is where book lovers unite! With 39 dedicated members, we delve into the pages of diverse literary works, exploring themes, characters, and narratives together. Through engaging group discussions and thought-provoking panel sessions, we deepen our understanding and appreciation for literature, fostering a vibrant community of readers.

The Drama Company (Theatre Club)

The Drama Company (TDC) is a student-led contemporary theater initiative of the Department of English and Cultural Studies, Delhi NCR. With members selected from across disciplines, the club serves as a creative hub for students passionate about theater and performing arts. Throughout the academic year, TDC holds theatrical productions, workshops, and competitions to foster creativity, hone acting skills, and build a vibrant community of performers and enthusiasts.  TDC aims to celebrate all mediums of drama and to provide all the club members with a fun, inclusive experience to enhance their skills and to form a community with a love for theatre.
